Sole inserts for shoes?
go to a foot doctor...(orthontics)...they make custom ones moulded to your feet.............they last a few years...........your feet will thankyou when your older...........
I work in a huge warehouse, where I do nothing but walk around the whole place and climb ladders for at least 8 hours a day, and my feet hate me. (thank god Im so spoiled by mom that when I see her she'll give me a massage :P)I'm going to buy some of those soles inserts, but I know some of em really suck and dont really do anything. Any of you guys that use them recommend a brand?
Im not made of money, so I cant go to a foot DR. While the job pays well, Im trying to pay off 2 credit cards, my brother, and Im moving back out in like 2 months.
Besides, Im not staying at this job forever. I worked in a call center before and just couldnt find another office job, so Im back in the light industrial position. Longest it will be is one year until I can practice respiratory med with a temp lic.
