Help me find Meditaton Relaxation Track?

Today in school we listened to this guided relaxation music. I wanted to download it, and I was wondering if anyone knew what it was called.

It's about 17 minutes, and a woman tells you to imagine your own private room. I liked it a lot and it really helped relieve my stress, so if anyone knows what it's called please tell me.

Also, if anyone knows any other good songs/tracks tell me about em.
