Are full body massage mats good?
I have a busy friend with one that you lay down on your back and he absolutely loves it. It is not one of those chair massagers. He uses it for his sore back (he works in an office all day.)

I'm thinking about buying a full body massage mat from gaiam.com. I'm wondering if any of you have used one (any brand) and if they are relaxing, or are they weird and uncomfortable? I can't get a real massage often due to time constraints and I was thinking it could help to have one of these mats to keep in the house and use when I have an extra few minutes to spare.
