Anyone have a relaxation tape suggestion?
I tend to listen to just music when falling asleep. I used to have a sleep CD with the beach and waves crashing down but the damn seagulls got so unbearably annoying I stopped using it. Now I listen to soothing music like Bob Marley, or Israel Kamakawiwo'ole (IZ). I'll also throw in some soft Angels & Airwaves and (+44), but i guess it all depends on your music taste.
I'm looking for a relaxation tape, say with a person talking and soft music. Something to help me fall asleep. Does anyone have any suggestions as to which I should get? I'm looking for one that has a person with a relaxing, not annoying, voice and quality music, maybe like soft flute, piano, or harp playing.
