what is the safest and fastest way to cure my blistering sun burn that is on my back?
Cold wet flannel. The sun burn is blistering as your skin is still too hot so you need to cool it down. Do not delibratly burst the blisters. You are just going to have to ride it out like you would a normal blistering burn. Remember sunburn is actually more dangerous than burning your self any other way.
