I have one of these massage-things that vibrate.

Especially around the hips and lower back it feels soooo comfortable because it eases my backpain.
But I was wondering if it could cause damage to the baby?! Could the fine vibrations attack it's bloodvessels? A bleeding in the brain? Please help, I got scared all of a sudden.
