Is it possible to sleep with fully conscious mind?
It is possible, that's what we have dreams for. But dreams usually seem out of place, say if your conscious mind was wanting to go to Australia, then you would probably see yourself doing something like that. If your conscious mind did not want you to go to Australia, then you would probably see yourself or someone else saying that Australia is a bad place. What ever in your mind is the worse case scenario for that situation. Dreams usually don't come out and tell the plot. You usually have to figure that out on your own.
Hey, as the title said I was wondering if its possible when go to sleep at the evening to rest with deep relaxation(like in sleep) but with CONSCIOUS mind(so you can think about everyday things and solutions to it or about your favorite things, places). I mean like some sort of (meditation or visualization) instead of sleeping and to do this for example 8hours(average sleep lenght) and to still wake up REFRESHED like you would after sleep?
Is it possible or not?
