How is shiatsu massage better than swedish, aruyvedic Indian, thai or Kerala oil massage? Can Shiatsu ...?
They all follow the same basic principals. It doesn't make a lot of sense to say one is better than the other without a very specific context.
massage done continously over a a period of more than 2 weeks cause some harmful side effects? or cause addiction for securing relief/relaxation? Is shitsu massage is really useful for curing anxiety disorders/depression.
