Sleeping Problem- not normal insomnia?

Sleeping Problem- not normal insomnia?
You sound just like me almost. I normally take 1 50mg Seroquel and 1/2 10mg Ambien and I am fine.

You might want to try 1/2-1 tab of low dose xanax also. See your doctor.
In the past two weeks I have had this occur four times. I start worrying about the early hour I have to get up at, and then I start worrying about the late time. After forty five minutes I begin to shake. It is horrible, and nothing can get me to sleep. I get more and more wound up as time goes on. I've tried reading, warm milk, getting up, thinking happy thoughts, removing the clock from my room, and even taking a bath. I can only stop shaking if I am told I do not need to get up in the morning. I go back to bed, stop shaking, and fall asleep. I've had this problem on two Sunday nights, including last night, and one Thursday night. I try using relaxation things such as picturing myself walking up a staircase, but if that does not work in two minutes I begin to worry about how it will not work. I am not usually neurotic and like this.

Please, please help me because I am falling behind in school and it is a horrible feeling.

Does anybody else have this problem? How do I fix it?
*I am 13 years old.... so I don't want to take anything like Ambien(sp?)
