A Few Facts About Astral Projection Techniques

There are numerous astral projection techniques that individuals can use to assist them with astral project. Due to the fact of people being individuals, what is successful for one may not be for another.
Most people try a few different techniques, but first of all, remember to relax!
To be successful with any of the seven steps to astral projection techniques, it is necessary for total and complete relaxation. The institute discovered was that no person was harmed following astral projection techniques. What is more interesting is that they did follow up on the people for the last 3 years. Now that we've nipped the fear issue in the bud, let's take a look at a few of the astral projection techniques, all of which have helped a great number of people in the past. The good news is; all these techniques are also relatively easy. The first technique which we'll discuss consists of seven main steps:
* Relaxing your mind and body is essential. There are of course numerous relaxation techniques which one can use, but the easiest and the most popular one involves deep breathing and the relaxing of your muscles. This requires you to inhale and exhale deeply and also to tense and release your muscles one at a time starting at your toes.
* Next a hypnotic state is now necessary and this is where your body and mind border on going to sleep. You don't want to go to sleep. Use the gazing method to do this and focus on any object, while you lay in bed. Keep staring at this object, until your eyes close, but you are still seeing (with your eyes closed) the object you have been focusing on.
* Now When you have successfully seen the object with your eyes closed, you can now deepen the state you are in. Look around (with eyes still closed) is the best way. Look around see what you can see. You will, possibly see different patterns of light, you might also notice the room cloaked in purple light. Don't pay much attention to it. When the light can no longer be seen, you will have entered into a deeper state. So thoroughly and completely relaxed, you are no longer aware of your physical body - this is very important.
* This is the most vital step, where you have to enter a state of Vibration. Many who have been practicing the seven techniques of astral projection, find that the vibrations are felt early in the projection. And they believe this is felt when you experience the astral body beginning to leave the physical body. Do not be afraid and feel the vibrations.
* Control the vibration state. To accomplish this concentrate on the vibrations and succeed in getting them to move through the body. You do this using your mind, your desire is for your whole body to have the vibrations, like waves rolling over you. It will take practice for you to encourage these waves to start as you want. Once you can do this step you are ready to exit your body.
* Use your mind- A key component to astral travel and projection is control and your mind is the one in control. Keep yourself focused, with your mind, on leaving the physical body. Starting first with a foot or a hand of the astral body and stretching it towards a familiar object. Maybe a floor, ceiling or wall. Now, which ever extremity you choose, push it through that object. Then pull back and return back to the physical body. Slow down the vibrations, end the session and stay unmoving where you are laying until you have returned to a fully awakened state.
* The final step is that you get to finally exit your body. Do the other steps as listed above, but this time you will transfer completely to your astral body. You will need to slightly alter step six. In place of thinking about releasing only a part of your body, you will now think about releasing the whole astral body, by concentrating on how little it weighs as if weightless in fact, as in feather blowing around in the wind. The astral body actually should be transporting away from the physical body, you should feel a floating or flying effect.
There are more ways you can attempt this, as in the Gazing Method, the Anchor Technique, and the Rope Technique. Try out some different methods to discover which one will be best for you. An astral projection technique exists for everyone.
However, you should be aware that not everyone is able to astral project instantly using the above techniques and some of these require a lot of practice.
Fortunately a short cut is out there. The recent developments in sound technology, has produced a lot of audio tools which can help you. The new techniques have special sound frequencies called Binaural beats. These sound frequencies synchronize both hemispheres of the brain. And put you quickly into a meditative state needed for astral projection.
