I am looking for a relaxation cd that I heard a few years back.?
Not familiar with that particular one, but if you check out Silva Mind Control, you can get a hold of one that was created after millions of dollars worth of training.

You might have to search for it. The origional one had a guy talking; now I think there's one with Jose Silva's daughter ( who now runs the training ) .

It's about the best I've ever heard, and I've been doing this kind of stuff for decades.
It starts with breathing techniques, proceeds to relaxing each part of your body, and then starts a visualization story. The story talks about going up floors on an elevator and each floor is a different color. Does anyone know what the name of this cd is? Any help would be much appreciated.
