Best was a self hypnosis tape. After a while practicing I would go out to my truck at break, at work, and be in a trance completely relaxed in 4 or 5 breaths. the other stuff works fine but I recommend learning the relaxation techniques along with self hypnosis first. Then download some free brain wave entrainment from internet. I think download.com has it
What is the best relaxation CD you have used? It can be music, sounds, or someone speaking. A CD that could be conducive to meditation. Please explain why you are recommended the one you are.
