Yoga for helping sleep? yes yoga is great
My mom has gotten me a DVD with around 5 different yoga routines and the one i do is for relaxation and flexibility but it only goes for 10 minutes (but i do a few more stretches after and before) Do you think this would benefit my health at all?

By the way I'm 14 and i do about 40 minutes walking a day if that helps :)
