What are some alternative ways to meditate?
Relaxation is a big key to meditation. There are many books that would benefit someone trying meditate for the first time. I like to knit and swim while I meditate because it gives my body a task and lets my mind go where it may. My mother likes to sit in a small dark room in a chair. Its all about giving the mind a chance to explore.

Also, what are some ways to guide someone else through meditation? I know its an individual thing but for someone who hasn't really done it before? Advice for someone trying to give advice?
