Question about the safety of vegetable/tree-oils as sex lubes?
i would stick to ky and stuff like that.

as far as going "green," you probably wouldn't use that much "non-green" lube to make it a big deal.
Does anyone know how safe vegetable oils and tree-nut oils are as sex lubes? I know that petroleum-based oil lubes: 1) Can not be used on rubber or Cyberskin toys, 2) Can be irritating to the vagina, 3) Stain, 4) Render condoms, dams, diaphragms, and cervical caps useless. Some tree-nut oils are sold as massage oils so I imagine someone has done a study on the safety of the use of vegetable and tree-nut oils during sex. Anyone heard of a good study in this area? Anyone have any personal experience using a vegetable or tree-nut oil? Knowing that vegetable and tree-nut oils were safe would give people a "green" option to use during their sexual play.
