My jaw is clicking audibly loud. It sounds like someone knocking on wood. What should I do?
Google TMJ. That's what you have. I have it too and there's not much you can do.
I can barely open wide. I told my dentist the other day and she didn't really care. She's just like "you probably grind your teeth...get a mouthguard. Is there some kind of massage or something I can do? I hate not being able to eat without sounding like a woodpecker.
