Is an hour enough for a stress-relieving massage?

Is an hour enough for a stress-relieving massage?
1 hour is plenty. I am a qualified in aromatherapy massage and a full body massage takes about 45-50 mins.
My friend is really stressed out, so I'm planning to get her a massage gift certificate. I've never had a professional massage myself. Do you think an hour would be enough for a stress-relieving massage, or should I go for two hours?
