Do water massage shower heads increase the charges on my water bill?

Do water massage shower heads increase the charges on my water bill?
most shower heads on the market now are very water efficient and may even save you money on your water bill. I don't think 1 shower head is going to increase your water bill very much, but read the package if you still have it to see if it's rated for a certain # of gallons or something and compare to other regular shower heads.
I live in the 3rd floor and my neighbor asked me if we had any leaks in our apartment and told me that the water bill they received came very high but I'm sure we don't have any leaks then i remember i used the water massage shower head 2 weeks ago..could that be the reason why the bill came very high?
