Should I use relaxation pills?
You should seriously discuss your feelings and pains you are having with your doctor. Especially concerning you stopping your anti-depression pills. You should not take any advice from anyone on here. Go to your doctor and ask this exact question to them.
DOCTORS ARE PEOPLE TOO, listen you have a stupid doctor, doctors are people just like you and me they are not robots some people suck and it just so happens your doctor sucks, I suggest you go to another doctor and THEN go to ANOTHER doctor this way you have 2 seperate opinions this way you won't have to be afraid of what they say because if 2 seperate doctors approve of the same thing then it must be okay to try with their supervision.
Hello, I've been having depression therapy for years and it never really worked. I always had repeating nerve attacks, tried to commit suicide three times. When I am sad about something, I lose my ability to think, I don't eat something, I try to sleep and cannot concentrate on ANYthing. The reason can be even not getting reply to an email. Besides I am under so much stress.
I quit my antidepressants 2 months ago, because they weren't really working for me, but I can't do without pills too. They were just numbing me.
So what do you suggest me to use as a tranquiler, so that I can have a normal daily life when I get upset? I am tired all the time, and I can't eat anything.
++++ I do not trust doctors anymore. One of them made me electroshock therapy and I got crazy I stayed at the hospital for 2 months. I cannot talk to anyone about my problems, they just don't listen they just write some medicine and tell me go to school. They have no idea what is in my mind. I don't want to lay in the hospitals again, I just want to feel happy.
