Name of an herb used for relaxation similar effects to cannabis? Has a funny name like the same word twice.?

there are other legal substances which induce relaxation effects similar to cannabis, some more powerful
I read about it a few days ago but can't find it again for the life of me. I saw that it's used for either insomnia for anxiety (big difference but I can't remember). I also read it has an effect similar to, but not nearly as strong as, cannabis. Has kind of a cute name. It's the same word twice, hyphenated. Any ideas?
