My back is killing me?

My back is killing me?
I have no idea. But i just got 2 points for saying it.
Ok so I have horrible back pain in my upper back/shoulder blade area and I think it might be because of my poster but it's been like this for a few months now and I've been putting a pillow on the back of my chairs so it forces me to straighten my back and it seems to not be helping me. Any ideas on how to make my achy breaky back feel better? Oh and could maybe going to get a massage would help? Or should I straight up go to a chiropractor?
