How to make bruise go away faster?
applying heat will make it worse, just keep putting ice on it
I ran into some retarded knob thingy in my house and i have this huge round bruise on my arm and it looks like some kind of hickey...and its summer i wanna wear short sleeves and tanks so please is there anything that will help?

for example?
*icing it?
*putting heat on it?
*exercising
*or massaging it (to increase blood flow)?
