How to prepare Stones for a Hot Stone Massage?
You can use hot water and keep them in them for 30-40 minutes, just guessing as usually stones are made hot with the help of coal and then placing a metal sheet over it and then placing stones over the metal sheet until you feel them as hot as your body can bear.
Ive looked up on Hot Stone Massages and have had endless detail about preparation of the person intended for the massage, but i cant seem to find any information on how to prepare the Stones.
How shall i warm them? ( i dont have a paticular stone heater or anything)
How long for ?
What Temp?

Any info would be good thanks -

and i aware of about being careful about over heating and making sure the stones cool etc... just want to know how to prepare them correctly.
