what helps bring down swelling? HELP!!!!!?
Pff, get a second opinion. If the swelling is still that much, that far after the time period he specified, and ESPECIALLY if he's not willing to help........get a second opinion.
Hey there about 4 1/2 months ago I had gynecomastia surgery. It was the happiest day of my life finally I was going to be able to go to the beach or the pool or heck just be able to take my shirt off (I had a rather severe case). but there's one problem.... according to my surgeon in 3 months the swelling was going to be "completely gone" but guess what 4 1/2 months later there's still a ton of swelling and I still have to wear this compression vest which makes my life a living hell, and to add to it my right side is twice as swollen as my left side, I feel like a lopsided freak!

here's what I've been doing to bring the swelling down. I apply arnica cream twice daily (morning and night) I take pineapple pills which according to my doctor help lower swelling, and I put ice on it every night, I also massage the swollen area. still though I have enough swelling to categorize as a large A cup on my left side and a medium B cup on my right side....

What can I use (cream's, pill's, natural remedies, etc) to help bring down swelling? please help currently my biggest fear is to take my shirt of :(((((

(yes I have asked my doctor but he always "be patient" instead of helping...)
the the surgeon told me to massage them so I thought I was supposed to should I stop?
about 3 weeks ago was the last check up
