Is anyone familiar with floatation tanks for relaxation?
Yes, they are also referred to as an isolation tank. I want to buy one or build one, these things are awesome. Just the act of not using your mind for looking, body movements, hearing can have amazing positive side effects. Because your constantly making unconscious measurement analysis thinking of unlimited outcomes, so by floating in one of these tanks you can dramatically expand and heighten the consciousness. Every one who does substance abuse should use an isolation tank instead of using drugs. Im surprised the knowledge of these tanks is not more wide spread.
