have you try sound effects, like waves, hmm thurderstorms, or Rain... effects that helps you relax.......... then with and incent of waterfall or rainy day... the best........... or just smoke pot.... simple but effective
I dont have a dvd or cd player, just a vhs, and Im looking for some calming music to help me fall asleep at night (No yoga tapes!) Any suggestions? im trying to find something on ebay.
