I want to do yoga, advice please?
The videos will never match a live session at a yoga place. There are alot of places where you can pay for a number of lessons at one time instead of monthly fees at a gym or elsewhere and get a discount. Try to save some cash up and go.
I want to start up yoga, mostly for the relaxation and dealing with anxiety. My parents would never pay for me to have yoga lessons because they pay for so many other lessons for me. All the money that I get I save towards college, although I could spend a small amount of money on a dvd or something that will help. I really don't know what to do, there doesn't seem to be helpful free videos online. Any ideas?
