Can you recommend a good yoga DVD for weight loss and toning but not too strenuous?

I want it to be more about fitness rather than relaxation and flexibility. Plus, I would like a DVD that doesn't require that you buy blocks and ropes or too many extra stuff (I live in a small apartment). What DVD do you use personally that you like and would recommend? And where did you buy it. Thanks!
