Im 16 and my back hurts - under my shoulder blade and beside my spine. Should i use an electric massage?
I don't see why not, it can't hurt.
Your pain is identical to mine, and mine is because i retract my elbows toward my back to reach my keyboard. Use armrests when you're using the computer to help the pain from coming back.
